Question

1. Caroline Flint, Should the G20  set up a Commission to study the feasibility of  a new international reserve currency that is based upon carbon emission permiits which would become part of a modified balance of payments where the carbon account is added to the current account and capital flows? By pursuing such system we would resolve the economic crisis through solving the climate crisis.
