Question

1. Lord Malloch-Brown, Mr. Malloch-Brown
   I'd like to know if you think that decissions that will affect every single living being in this world should be taken by a group of 7 or 20 countries? And if you do..I'd like to know why you think that. This specifically related to the financial and economic crisis, more accurately the reforms this groups are proposing.
