Question

1. David Miliband, Will this Keynesian Fiscal Stimulus create jobs in the communities with the highest unemployment rates and where they are needed most? Should Labour if it were to win a 4th term, increase capital gains tax to ~40% ( about the same as the top rate of income tax rate), and close down on tax havens, in order to help pay off the deb that the recession will create?
